Who do you offer counselling for?
I see adults and young people from the age of 16. 

What are your fees?
The first consultation session for new clients is charged at £40 for a 50 minute session, the consecutive sessions are charged at £65 for a 50 minute session.

Please note, there is a limited number of reduced rate availability, so please ask when you are enquiring.

Payment

I accept payments by cash, cheques, all major cards and also bank transfers. 

Missed sessions/late cancellations

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booked session, I would ask you to do so with a 24hour notice if possible.  Please note, that should you not attend, there will be a charge of full session fee for the missed session/late cancellation.

Session times and frequency
Appointment times are jointly agreed based on your needs, for most clients it is helpful to meet on a weekly basis. Appointments are also available some evenings.

Confidentiality
Commitment to confidentiality and information sharing will be discussed with you and jointly agreed in the first session.

Duration of counselling
I offer both short-term counselling and long-term psychotherapy depending on your needs. We will review your progress and effectiveness on a regular basis.

First Session

It is an opportunity to answer your questions and to explore what difficulties would you like to address in counselling. It is also an opportunity to help you to choose the right therapist. Please read more about how to get started.

Online/Video Counselling

Please note you do not have to have an account with Zoom, you will be sent a link to an appointment with me, that we book together. You can use Zoom on most computers, laptops, Ipads and tablets or your mobile device.
