Booking the first appointment

You may prefer to contact me via this website, by calling me or by sending me an e-mailing. It is often beneficial for clients to meet for a face to face initial assessment. This will help you to ensure that I am the right therapist, and that you feel comfortable with me.

At this stage you may wish to ask me questions which my website might not answer (please read F.A.Q. containing further details). On the other hand, I will also have a chance to make sure that I am the right therapist to help you with your difficulties.Also this will be an opportunity to talk through what concerns you expeience, to clarify what you wish to address in counselling and how we may work together.

At the end of this session you may decide you wish to arrange further sessions with me. Or you might want to take time to think about it, with no obligation to book further sessions.
