My name is Gabi Buday and I provide professional psychotherapy on the Isle of Wight for individuals. I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist, registered as an Accredited Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).xxxxxxxxx

Psychotherapy can help you with all kinds of challenges, when problems in your life leave you feeling helpless, hopeless, especially at times when it feels that things are getting on top of you. The process of counselling helps you to understand yourself better, offers an opportunity to work through your concerns or various aspects of your life at your own pace. I am committed to offer you a professional service in a safe and confidential environment.

As an Accredited Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I work within its Ethical Framework for Good Practice. Please note, that gaining individual Accreditation with BACP, is the next step on from being a BACP registered practitioner, that demonstrates  high standard of knowledge, experience and professional development, that is reflected in the service you will receive.

I offer:

  • Face to face, telephone as well as online / video counselling
  • Counselling/Psychotherapy for individuals from the age of 16
  • Short term counselling and long-term in-depth psychotherapy
  • Flexibility in appointments – also available in the evenings

Location:

I work from my consulting room in central Newport on the Isle of Wight, within easy reach to all towns on the Isle of Wight, such as Ryde, Sandown, Shanklin, Bembridge, Freshwater, Ventnor, Yarmouth, Cowes and East Cowes.
